Top Gear accelerates, skids and careers
back on to screens this winter. For the brand new twelfth series, hosts Jeremy, James and Richard have been
frantically filming to bring viewers more automotive delights. They've bought trucks in order to find out how hard it is to be an HGV driver, they have flown to America to test a new generation of muscle cars (almost bankrupting James May in the process), they have attempted to discover if Communism ever made a good car, and they have been in Vietnam attempting to do what the American military never could, by travelling the entire length of the country in just eight days.

Sixteen budding entrepreneurs attempt to win the opportunity of a lifetime in the third series of The Apprentice, as they compete to become technology tycoon Sir Alan Sugar's protégé – a prize that also comes with a bumper six-figure salary package.
Competing in a series of tasks – including selling coffee to go in Islington, designing an innovative product for dogs, and flogging sweets to kids at London Zoo – teams Stealth and Eclipse are watched over and assessed by Sir Alan's eagle-eyed advisers, Margaret Mountford and Nick Hewer, who then report back to Sir Alan before all the contestants are taken into the intimidating arena of Sir Alan's boardroom to see which of them will get fired.
